PRINT Regional Design Award Winner
Make sure to check out the current issue of Print Magazine. Ben Gelnett has won a regional design award for his creation of the Uptown Magazine cover in July of 2009. It’s a huge honor not only because its Print, but also because Ben is one of only two designers in Charlotte, and Uptown is the ONLY magazine in the South that won this award. To add the delicious crusty coating to our roasted marshmallow, Ben was quoted twice in the December publication. His quotes are below as well as the cover that won the award. Just because we think he’s a great designer here is his email, so reach out to Ben and give him some props. Plus with his email posted here he’ll be inundated with spam for cheap Viagra, and be contacted by long lost acquaintances in need of his bank account information. And we think that’s funny.
