Some would say getting into the apartment business nowadays might be just slightly less risky than opening up a Betamax repair shop. Legions of competitors all making identical claims scrap over the same small group of renters. But like a Blu-Ray disc misplaced in the VHS section, Spectrum Southend really was different. It really did have a killer location and better amenities. Problem was that its print campaign was out of focus, and the right people weren’t seeing the show.
That’s when we stepped in and rewrote the script. Now Spectrum Southend is a lot more like Brad Pitt and less like Danny Bonaduce.
